Mike Dawes - Managing Director

Mike Dawes has had over 30 years experience in the medical field, the last 10 years in becoming qualified in the ambulance side which finally culminated seven years ago in helping to set up and become the active Managing Director of the Ambulance branch of the North of England Medical and Hyperbaric Services. He has taken this service to great heights and now covers a large part of the Motor sports Industry at Cadwell nr. Louth Lincs, Elvington York and Oliver’s Mount Scarborough, as well as carrying out, as required, NHS transfer work, on a 24 hour 7 days a week basis. He has also earned great respect from, and is held in high regard within the private hospitals of the Yorkshire, Lincolnshire area, and fulfils most of their private ambulance requirements. Alongside all of the above, he also spends a large portion of each month collecting patients from airports all over the country for delivery to hospitals and other destinations, frequently travelling from one end of the country to the other.

The company is registered with NAPAS (National Association of Private Ambulances Service) This organisation annually inspects all vehicles and oversees the full training and certification of all crew members, including CRB checks on all employees.
The ambulances are all equipped to front line level, and are extremely well maintained. All crews are qualified in handling all equipment, and they take a great pride in offering TLC to all patients.

The service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and Mike himself makes a point of overseeing every booking that comes in.
